Can I apply visitor and transit visa at the same time?

my first application was rejected due to: travel history, immigration status, and finance. I can provide more documents to fix these. I need to apply again. just in case, can i apply visitor and transit visa at the same time?

No, both of them are types of TRVs and you can only have one active application at a time.
