Can i apply under general category ? please help

Actually thought to apply under spp but till now i didn't got my GIC details...I took a 15lakhs loan from sbi bank,paid 1st sem fee,salary slips of parents,CA report...
can i now apply under general category...please help guys really worried.

centennial adv diploma fast track... electronics engg tech
ielts 6.5 with no less than 6

Hi If U transferred $10100 to ur account in Sct bank For GIC and u did not get ur GIC details as of now u can Drop ur visa by Taking the Wire transfer details of the amount from ur concerned branch (take sign from bank manager )
