Can I apply PR through Canadian Experience Class (PEQ) at the same time?

Hi,
Can I apply for PR through Québec Experience Class (Programme de l'expérience québécoise - PEQ) -
and Canadian Experience Class at the same time?
I have obtained Both TEF & IELTS & Québec selection certificate.
I want the get P.R. as early as possible . (My work permit is expirying with in a year).
