Can I apply online?

Hi everyone,

I was using an online application eligibility checking tool and I am getting a bit confused over the following 2 questions:

I am not counting any days outside of Canada at all.

However,
I fall under the definition of the public servant but I didn't have to travel anywhere outside of Canada for work purposes.

It seems like, for instance, the first question is asking one thing, but the clarification statement is talking about a completely different thing.

Can anyone advise please?

The second question is not a clarifying question. They are two separate questions.

One is asking if you are a crown servant and have included time oustide of Canada based on this in your physical residency calculation.

The second is asking if you are a family member of a crown servant and have included time outside of Canada based on this in your physical residency calculation.
