Can i apply my wife and kids visa, the next day i got mine?????

i have been reading this whole forum silently for the last three months ...
i have been reading a case of an indian ,where he got his student visa ,
he went to canada ,and he left behind his kids n children ...
wat he did next he applied for his children n kids i think for some visit visa (don remeber exactly that)
he got two straight refusals...
that his family gonna stay in canada n they nt gonna coem back...."
theres a reason why i narrated such a long story
remember ..."HATE MAKES WASTE"...
do u really want ur family there with u ????
if yes then u really have to be patient, first complete ur study there n then get a work prermit ,have some good time n then when u r ready apply for PR.
when u get Residentship ,then within a few months u will be with ur family in canada.
but this process may takes upto three years (if u r pursuing a one year degree for instance)

yes, you can apply the next day or any day once you get your visa.Najam said:
The problem is that you have to convince the VO about their intentions to return to your country once their temp stay period is up.
personally I know of a case where the student got the visa, but the spouse & kid ddnt. Its advisable to reach Canada, hang around for a while. then invite them over showing your ability to support them.
Also in the cover letter, state the reasons showing why they are just visiting and not just coming over to settle.
