My all friends I want to know that after how many weeks/month my friend can apply Canada trv in dubai he has now (august)transfered to Dubai from India he is working as manager/salesman in maruti car company before he is working in India in maruti car agency from long time .please tell me in details that what doucments are required for canada trv for one week I hope that you will help me

You should look up the documents required for the Abu Dhabi visa office. There is no visa office in Dubai, so the application needs to be sent to the Abu Dhabi visa office or apply online.
