Can I apply more than one - Express Entry sub category / Occupation in Demand

Already applied for International Skilled Worker - Express Entry Sub-Category without job offer
so far I have not received any nomination . So Can I also apply occupation in demand I see my occupation in the list . Please advice me ASAP .Thanks any information is highly appreciable.

Note : I am eligible for Occupation in Demand
