Can i apply from abudhabi office if i am on work visa at abudhabi on spouse case

Can any body tell me that can i apply for spouse case from abudhabi office on sponser if i am working at abudhabi and i am from Pakistan. My case will be processed at london office as usually or abudhabi need sugestion and how much time it will take.

CIC will decide where to have your application processed. They pick the country of nationality or the country of residence. There is no way for you to choose where it will be done. If you have spent a lot of time in Abu Dhabi on a work permit that lasts more than a year, then that makes it more likely they will pick that office, but no one can say for sure.
