can i apply for visitors visa during my implied status? please help.

Hello guys. Pls enlighten me. Im currently on implied status and i have this feeling that my agency isnt doing the right thing. When they passed my wp extension with new employer, thsts the only time they also applied for lmia. My application is about to be reviewed (theyre already in oct 3 and mine is oct 7), the lmia hasnt come out yet, most probably it will be declined. Now my question is, is it possible that i apply visitors visa now before the result of my application comes out?

No - you'll need to wait until the results of your work permit application are known.

If the work permit is refused, you can try applying for restoration and to change your status to visitor.

thanks for replying. if just in cAse that wp got declined and right after that, lmia comes out, can i still re apply for wp?
