You may be inadmissible if you leave and apply so contact an immigration lawyer.

I don't think IRCC will process the application until the outcomes of your DUI case are known. You should speak with an immigration lawyer about this.

You should also hire an execellent criminal lawyer (if you haven't done so already) to try to get the charges reduced to a non-DUI offence. If you end up with a DUI conviction, that will be a big problem for your future in Canada.

If you leave Canada now due to the emergency, it may not be possible or may be very difficult to return.
