I have received my work permit approval. I had to travel to india due to some emergency when my WP application was in progress. Can I apply for TRV from india to go back to Canada? I don’t have any job offer right now.

Doubt OP got TRV that quickly. Current TRV processing times from India is 3-5 months.
My current status is maintained status (Expired open WP, applied for Closed WP). But I have my TRV valid until 2025 June, which says visitor.
Can I travel outside Canada and return with this visitor TRV inside Canada.
I have emergency travel plans, Did anyone traveled like this before with TRV as Visitor.

You lose status once you leave, so cannot work when you return if WP is not approved. If so on entry make sure you show the funds to support yourself.
