Can I apply for study permit online as an international student in UK?

Hi I have been refused for September intake. Can I Reapply again online straight way? First time I applied through paper work and got refused coz, they did not satisfy with mi documents. And it took almost 90 days.

1. Yes, but if you haven't overcome the reason for the first refusal, you can expect a 2nd one.
