Can I apply for Quebec Skilled Worker program if I don't have work experience?

Hi there,

I just completed the self evaluation on the immigration Quebec website and it says that i am eligible to apply for a CSQ. The only problem is that I do not have any substantial work experience at the moment. I was checking on Quebec immigration website and it said that occupations in NOC lare inadmissible. I would like to know if I can still apply despite not having any experience(since the tool is telling me that I'm eligible).

Yes, if you have enough points from other factors (education, language, etc..), you will be elegible even without work experience
