I have an PNP nomination and I intend to apply for permanent residence through IRCC portal. I will be applying from India.
I do not have passport for my 2 year old child and it will not be possible for me to arrange passport within the application timeline of 60 days from ITA. Passport offices are seem super busy and there are no appointments for many weeks.
Please advise if I may proceed without child's passport and submit application with reasons for not submitting the passport along with application. I will be able to submit passport within 3-4 weeks for submitting my PR application.
