Can I apply for PR under CIC after 1.5 years gap?

Hello,

I was in Canada from March 2012 to November 2015 (3.5 years) then went back to India for 1.5 years.

Now I am back to Canada. Would I be able to apply for PR in July/August 2017 under 'canadian experience class' category after gap of 1.5 years?

I have my WES and CELPIP Score available.

As long as you meet the eligibility requirements for CEC then yes, you can apply.
