Can I apply for PR alone, since my dependent is working on H1B.
She is planning to join me after 6 months. How this can be done , please help.

You can apply with your spouse as non-accompanying. She would still have to do the medical, obtain PCCs, submit forms/documents. Once you are a PR and living in Canada, you can sponsor her.

It would be far simpler to apply with your spouse as accompanying. She can land and then return to the US to finish her job.
