I have 416 on the CRS calculator but 66 on FSW and want to apply for a PNP directly to Ontario without submitting a profile.
Whenever I use the come to Canada tool it shows me that I am ineligible but I still get 416 CRS.
I have all the docs prepared and looking to apply directly. It doesn’t have to be Ontario. It can be any for a start.

Currently in the U.K.
IELTS 9 on everything
