Hi. I am planning to visit home after the completion of my studies. My letter of completion won't be issued until after my flight. I was wondering if I can submit my PGWP application as an in-canada application while sitting in my home country? As outside-canada applications can take way longer times to process. Considering the processing times, I will be back before my application is approved so I don't mind PGWP being sent in mail either. My study permit and TRV will both remain valid throughout this time.
