Can I apply for my parents' and siblings tourist Visa?

Perhaps someone has already had experience on this but I would like to apply for my parents & siblings Tourist Visa myself.
I'm a Canadian citizen who lives in Canada

Is this possible? Is this something I can do online?
I'm getting married next year and I would like for them to come over. Thanks in advance for your responses.

Yes, you can apply for your parents and siblings TRVs..... you can also apply online
