Can I apply for Express Entry side by side Quebec CSQ

Hi guys,

My question is that can I apply for express entry? I have recently received my CSQ from Quebec. Does that CSQ will in anyway affect my chances of selection in express entry?
I also want to mention that my husband is primary candidate for Quebec, and he, I and our child have recently received CSQ.

Please guide me.
