Hello :)

Please help me with one of my queries.

With the US L1B visa, can I apply for Canada PR (skilled worker category or whichever is easier and applicable)?

If yes:

1. How many months' or years' of experience on L1B visa is needed to be eligible to apply for the PR?

2. What is the fees to apply?

PS - I don't have any experience working in Canada, however, I do have experience of more than 8 years back in India. I have completed one year diploma from a Canadian institution. After completing the diploma I have received an offer from an employer in the US to work full time for them on L1B visa.

The L1B visa is really irrelevant to whether you can apply for PR or not.

Once you have at least one year of full time and continuous work experience in a single NOC, you will qualify to apply for PR. Whether you are actually selected will depend on a number of factors such as the number of points you have (this will be the most important factor) and your occupation. I would recommend that you research the Express Entry program to see how points are calculated and determine how many points you have.iui
