Can I apply for Canada PR from India

Hi,

as of now I am in Canada but will be going back to India soon, so really don't have time to apply for Canada PR from Canada.

Please let me know is there is any change in the process if u apply from India.

I would be appearing for IELTS and will do the police Verification from India.

Please suggest.

It depends on what NOC you will be applying. As of now 1112, 2147 & 2174 are very crowded NOC's uptill now.

My Category is - Canadian Experience Class , NOC is 2171 or 2173 (I am not sure)

working in Canada last 2 year in WP. so will be going back to India so thinking of applying for PR from India only as I am not sure when i would be returning.

Please suggest ??

No, there is no difference. Whether you are in Canada or not, the CEC app will still go first to Sydney, Nova Scotia, and then to the VO in India to be processed.
