I need to receive my work permit paper version to begin to work. This is the core problem. So now I am trying some solutions to get a valid work permit ASAP!
I am totally eligible for the PGWP application and my job offer is from an American Big Tech Company which can also help me apply for the C20 work permit which can be applied now, no need to wait for my completion letter and final transcript from my university.
Can I apply for a C20 work permit with my company's help now, then in the middle of May, apply for the PGWP by myself? Is this legal to have two in-process work permit applications in the IRCC system? if it is legal, Can I keep both of work permits after they are all approved in the future? will the latter one make the earlier one invalid?
