I got my 3 year post graduation work permit but decided to go back to school for masters right away. I will be graduating in 2 years and will be applying for PNP (Masters Graduate Stream) after getting my masters degree. But at that point I would have used 2 years of my PGWP and would only have 1 year left. I know for a fact that the entire process for PNP immigration takes up to 16 months because everything is done by paper. Can I apply for Bridging Open Work Permit while waiting for my PR status to be determined? I know Express Entry people can apply but I can't find anywhere that I can apply for BOWP while waiting for PNP immigration process in Ontario.
