Can I apply for BOWP if I have implied status?

Hi everyone, I'm in a really sticky situation here and I would like some advise

I have been working in a Skill level B job under a temp agency since Feb 2017. My PGWP expires in October so I can't wait to complete my 1 year. Also because it's a temp agency, I cant get an LMIA.

I'm thinking of applying for a work permit extension (by paper) asking for an extension of my PGWP ( I got my PGWP in October 2014 but graduated in May 2015- another complicated story). I'm sure it will get rejected, but at least it will buy me time to make up my 1560 hours for EE application as this is all I really need to qualify.

Hopefully I get ITA before WP extinsion is rejected. Can I apply for Bridging Open Work Permit under implied status if this happens?

If no, is there any other possible solution?

You need to re-think your plan. As you don't qualify for an extension, applying for one to try to gain extra time will most likely result in your app being rejected as incomplete. This means that all work done from the date of PGWP expiry would be illegal and not counted when applying for PR.

You also need a valid work permit to qualify for a BOWP.

Is ther any other option for extending my stay as a worker? Owner operated LMIA perhaps?
