Hello, all,
I am applying for PR under spousal sponsorship. However, I am with a visitor extension record. And according to what I found online, you won't able to apply for a study
or work visa from within Canada if you have a visitor extension record.
Just ask once I received the acknowledgment of receipt (AoR) letter under common law, do I need to go abroad to apply for the bridge open work permit even though I am the spouse
of a PR?
