My post graduation work permit expires in august 3, 2014.
I have no job currently.

Can I apply for a work permit now?

On what basis would you apply for a work permit? If you want to apply for a work permit so that you can stay in Canada longer and work, you'll need to find a job and an employer - and then that employer will have to obtain an approved LMO.

There's nothing you can apply for until you have a job.
