At present, I am outside Canada and dont have my PR card. The earlier one was supposed to be issued to me but withheld due to objection in photo specifications and the last date for submission is also expiring soon.
Now I have the following queries:
1. Can I request to the local Canadian embassy to issue a PRTD to travel Canada!! May there be any issues regarding that!!
2. Can I request Immigration officials to consider my old application for PR card, as I was out of Canada!!
3. If they don't agree to my request(2nd point), Can I apply for a fresh PR card! How much time it will take and from where I can locate the "application form" for that!!
