I'm a cook and going to renew my visa which is expiring Oct 2011.
My employer told me that I'd better find another restaurant sponsoring me because he might close the restaurant in the future.
I applied for the position at the new restaurant opening this fall. Even its a second location, its a new restaurant so my current employer concerned if i can get a positive LMO from them and decided to apply for LMO in my restaurant too. "just in case" ha said.
My question is...,
Can two employers apply for LMOs at the same time with my name on?
Or should either of two employers apply for LMO with unknown name?
Is there any difference between LMO with name or without name? (like easier to get a positive letter with name?)
CIC website says “We are no longer accepting work permit applications without valid LMOs.” so I really need your help... :'(
