Can I apply after spending 1,095 days in Canada as a PR?

When applying for citizenship, do I have to wait until I've spent 3 years in Canada, or must I wait the 3 out of 4 years? Do I have to 'complete' that 4th year or just the 3?

You can apply as soon as you have 1095 days of physical residency, you don't have to wait for 4 years.
