Can I able to create EE profile, even if I don't have one yr of exp ??

Guys,

I am working full time permanent NOC 2171, from last 3 months and my employer had applied for LMIA (waiting for result).

Also I had completed my IELTS exam with overall band 7 and each more then 6.5

Other than this, I have PG from Canada college, but no work exp other than 3 months (non-countable 8 months co-op).

Question : Can I able to create EE profile or I need to wait to complete one year full time ??

No, with only 3 months you can't qualify in FSW/FST/CEC. So you can't get into the pool.

All PNP EE stream should be requiring applicants in the pool before heading for PNP. So you are right.

OPNP non-EE streams should be the old style paper application and is outside of EE.
