can i able to change my VAC centre after applying for TRV?

Hi,
I applied for TRV visitor visa for my kid. while applying we where in US. so I mentioned the US address. but due to some emergency v are about to travel India. still now I didn't get passport request for my kid. so after getting the passport request letter, can I submit his passport in VAC, India. somebody please help me in this case.

Yes sir you can. You must send passport request letter while submitting you passport and a returning envelope bearing your address.

Is it possible to change my address to New York, and submit my passport if it was approved, in a New York visa office?

Or can I just submit the passport request letter with my passport in a New York visa office?

Well You Do not need to change address. You can simply submit your passport to Canadian consulate in USA with a return envelope having your address in USA where you will reside.
