Can I 2nd Profile at Express Entry

I have created by Profile at express entry on 30.10.2017 by myself. My profile met the minimum criteria for express entry and my CRS comes to 375. After two days I got the message that I'm no longer eligible to be in the pool.

I don't know the exact reason of ineligibility.

Can I create a new profile with the help of some agent or expert.

agent cant do anything differently than what is on your profile. use this forum to understand why your profile was ineligible. did you check your eligibility for 67/100 scoring?

Yes I checked by eligibility through 'Come to Canada Tool' on CIC portal under express entry. As per the report I'm eligible. But i didn't find any link to check the eligibility score i.e.67/100.

I checked from above link and my score is well above the 67, but still my application is showing ineligible in express entry. I don't know what to do now.

Even I'm not finding any option to withdraw that application so that I can recreate my profile.
