Can High alt level be hurdle for medical test??

Dear all
Pls help me i have given my blood sample for hepatitis b and c and both are negative
But my
ALT SGOT LEVEL IS - 55
ALT SGOT LEVEL IS -61

Will it create problem to pass my medical exam
Pls help
