I am going to apply for can+ visa.
But on the trv form I could not find any option to mention can+ visa category(only visitor and transit).how can I mention my visa category to them

Hi,

There are no separate forms for CAN+. You can apply with the same TRV forms. Also, the processing fees are the same too.

You must, however, mention in a cover letter that you are applying under CAN+ and include the details/scan the US B1/B2 visa
