My wife is in Haryana state government (India). We are planning to migrate to Canada using Express Entry.
She is prime candidate for Canada PR. Haryana government provides child care leave facilities (for 2 year or more), therefore we don't want her to resign from government job.
Therefore my concern here is, can we apply for PR without quitting the government job and live in Canada having long leaves from current government job?
Is it valid to do so and if in case want to come back (on finishing of long leaves)and join the government job in India, can we come back and join?
Here important point is that (we don't want to loose government job) until find a comfortable life there.
