I am in Canada on work permit which is expiring soon.
My spouse was non-accompanying in my EE profile, Now I have ITA.
If I submit my e-APR while keeping my spouse as non-accompanying. I can get the extension in my work permit.

I also have a kid back home with my spouse. My spouse is graduate but no work experience.

When I will get my work permit extended then Can I apply and get work permit for my spouse based on my work permit? What kind of Visa/permit, can I get for my kid ?

Thank you...

So even though you're stating she's non-accompanying you want her to get a work permit based on your PR application?

Be careful.

@DelPiero

Yes. Because if I include her as accompanying in my EE/e-APR profile, then my points gets lower and it seems less likely that I will be selected in the draw.
So, once I submit my e-APR and get my WP extended then If I apply for her WP then is it ok or it is going to give a bad impression ?

My point being that you're claiming she will be non-accompanying and yet you want for her to get a work permit so she resides in Canada while your application is being processed.

Remember that misrepresentation can get you a 5 year ban.
