Can FSW outland be rejected for not having "Fulltime Emp" word in ref letter?

Can FSW outland be rejected for not having "Fulltime Emp" word in ref letter? Or mentioning 40 hours per week would be suffice?

FULL time word is essential only for applicants with LMIA job offer. So answering your question not needed for FSW candidates

If I am not wrong, the reference letter just tells that you are working with a company for so many hours. If they have mentioned 40 hours it should be fine. Only in the Job Offer Letter, the word "full-time", "permanent" and "non-seasonal" is expected. Are there any links that insists the reference letter should have the word "full-time"?
