Can Family Member Represntative sent an application to CIC , what should be listed in the from address in envelopes and on courier

hi Guys,

i have a question, i am the representative on my brothers spousal visa application, i live in vancouver, my brother lives in another city. can i courier the documents and menton my name in the sender and simiarly on envelop in the from should i write my name or his name.

he has filled the use of representative form.

other thing i am thinking is that in the envelopes i let it be his name and address in the from section and courier i can send in his name but my address?

can you guys advise , what is the right thing to do.

If you are the representative, you are the point of contact. The mailing address should be yours not his. So that, you will receive everything either by email or mail.
Yes, you both have to file the representative form (mandatory).
