Can Express entry profile be created only with Master degree

Hi All,
I have a 2 year MBA degree from Canada and now have a school letter confirming the same along with the degree certificate and transcripts. But my ECA for bachelor's from India is in progress and I might recieve the evaluation only by Feb first week. So, can I submit a EE profile only with masters now or wait for next month and submit after ECA only.

you need an ECA for your Masters too.

Didn't see the Canada degree. My bad.
Go ahead with your application. You can apply with only your Msc, don't need your Bsc. You gain points for the highest degree (unless its a PGD and you're trying to combing two or more certificates)
