As my CRS point is very low (376) to get ITA from Federal government, right now I am looking for the ways of immigrating to Quebec. I need your advise on that, especially on these two questions:
1. Does my work experience have to be directly related to my education if I get diplomas more than 5 years ago?
2. Can my Educational Credential Assessment (Toronto-Comparative Education Service) be considered as the proof of my education to "Quebec equivalency" education?
3. If I send my Diplomas to Quebec for evaluation can they be considered as Quebec Equivalency?
Education: Master degree (Public Administration)-Azerbaijan 12 point I got this degree 8 years ago
Experience: Import manager(4 year)+IT director (4 year) 8 point These are not directly related to my education
Age: 32 years old single 16 point
Language: IELTS Test (L-6.5, R-9, W-6.5, S-6.5) 4 point
Finance: 1 point
Total point is 41 without Area of Training. Public Administration (bach.) as a Foreign study gets 6 point, but as a "Quebec and equivalent" it is awarded by 12 point.
41+6 =47<49 I will not be eligible to get CSQ
41+12 =53>49 I will be eligible to get CSQ, if my education can be equivalent to Quebec education.
