Can company cause any problem after approval?

Hello, I would like to know that can a company cause any problem once I get my visa and decide to leave the company. I got the study permit approval and stamped passport in May 1st week.

I start working for this company from Jan 2019 and I gave resignation letter in May 1st week. I'm gonna serve 1 month notice period but they are still getting kinda mad after knowing that I'm going to study abroad and that I'm leaving the company.
I have the genuine appointment letter with signature and company stamp, bank statement of my salary. Both these documents was also submitted in my visa application.

You should not be worried at all. Serve the notice period and start packing up.
