Can Child communicate in English and/or French?

Hi Experts,

I am filling-up my PR application there is question related to my child and he is 2 month old.

1.Can 'Child Name' communicate in English and/or French?

Can i say as Neither. since he doesn't know any languages.

will it be taken as negative if i select Neither?, Options available are English,French, Both and Neither.

No, it won't be seen as negative. Any other response would be misrepresentation.
