Can Canada stop or restrict immigration after 10 years ??

I have my studies left here and then i am planning to studies in Canada but i am worried if Canada might close immigration in that time ?

They will not close immigration but they can always change the rules. There has been some indication of changing Express Entry to focus on in demand NOCs. However no one can tell you the rules 10 years into the future.
