Can call center agents view GCMS notes?

I had a chance to talk with an agent last week, and noticed that she was able to view the exact office where my file was being processed. Agents probably won't admit it, but does anyone know if we can avoid the 30-day wait for GCMS notes by asking specific details about our applications (e.g. Where is the file, Is it in transit, Is it in a registry, etc.)?

Yes they do know such information and they can share with you even dates when it was transferred or received!

I did and got the sad answer that it is still in Sydney. She actually have me exact same info as in ATIP/GCMS notes. I would say yes. They reference to it.
