I have one year experience which is described in 3131 category.... and other 3 years of experience (current) is not included in any NOC. Can I apply under 3131 NOC with experience of 1 year. can I show my total experience 4 years ?

yes you can apply with one year experience if you have 67 points. But you can't include 3 year work belong to another NOC.Though you may mention that in you application.

I don't understand what you mean by the other three years of experience not being in any NOC??? What have you been doing for the current three years?

Come on....give us something to work with so we can help you more, LOL....what job are you doing, briefly what job duties. It HAS to fit some sort of NOC description. Do you mean it isn't a NOC in the 29 selection? Even if it isn't, but the NOC is in skill level O,A or B, then you CAN count those full time years for points. If it falls into C or D skills, then you cannot.
