Currently, most of May, early June/2014 applicants receiving IP/DM and PPR. In your case I think you will receive something in the next 2,3 months. Probably. CIC process is still a mystic. If you haven't paid your RPRF, you might receive the request in May. I'm not sure. Keep checking your ECAS.

Hard to say. I think it depends on how complicated your application is. Many facts that will make your application complicated. Ex: Where are you come from, do you have dependents or you are single applicants? If you have dependents, are they with you right now? Then how many countries you lived more than 6 months, etc. The longest time of the whole process is the background check and mostly security check of applicant and dependents. I think June is a good estimation. Right now they're working on late May, June applicants. within the next few weeks will be July so September applicants might have some thing around June/July.
