Can anyone tell me how long it take to get first mail from CIO Sydney NS

Hi everyone, I m nominated by SK. I sent my PR application to centralised intake office Sydney Nova Scotia on 12th December 2016 but still I did not get any reply from them about my application completeness. I m just wondering whether they received my application or not. Can anyone tell me how long it take.
