Not sure why you posted same question 3 times but anyway your question is impossible to answer without more detail given Canada has hundreds of colleges .

What are your current qualifications , what course do you have in mind ,what are your career goals on returning to your home country. Do you have a preference east or west Canada or even the middle ? Are you looking for a post grad course or a degree ?

B Tech Electrical and Electronics engineeing (65%)
work experience of 4yrs as a sofware developer
im interested to do PG in Canadian colleges
Moreover, interested in Control systems or renewable energy sources or in Robotics
otherwise according to my work experience im interested in programming or web technology
