Hello ^_^ ... I hope you'll understand my case well. I'm a student who graduated from high school 4 years ago exactly in 2014, and I'm 21 years old now, and I've not studied university yet due to several reasons. When I graduated from high school I was in the end of 16, and I have been told that you couldn't study aboard as an international student unless you were 18 or above, so I studied English language for a year in my home country in order to take IELTS certification, and I did some volunteer work because I had a plenty of free time, yet a lot of bad, dreadful things happened suddenly after that
, so I couldn't finish learning English language and do IELTS test. During the next 3 years I travelled to 4 countries and joined two institutes to not forget English language like British Council, and I've got 6.5 in academic IELTS test. Now, All my documents are ready, so can I still study bachelor's degree in Canada? Will universities accept me? I also have a cousin who has almost the same case, but he graduated in 2013, and he is 23 now, but he also studied a year in a university in our home country 3 years ago... can he study bachelor's degree in Canada now?
